China AI Data Center Records

Three site records written in the AI data centers hub format, built from Chinese official disclosures, procurement records and filings. Disclosures, construction stages and model scenarios stay separate. Saved source copies are linked alongside the originals.

Read original disclosures first. Conditional conversions and earlier scenarios are available in a separate expandable panel. Saved copies are researcher-held copies; source links identify the original publisher.

Earlier workbook conversions use: H100e = 8-bit OP/s ÷ 1.979e15; IT power = chips × TDP × 1.74 for non-Nvidia chips (a power model, not metered load); capital cost at $38B per GW of IT power (a cost model). Chinese "P" figures are read as FP16 dense as a stated condition, supported but not proven by national reporting and the Shaoguan calibration (11,520 Ascend 910C = 9,000P). Hohhot converts FP16 to 8-bit at ×2; Wuhu converts PFLOPS to 910C-equivalents at 0.78125 PFLOPS per chip and then uses the hub's own 910C 8-bit value. Ranges are assumption ranges, not probability intervals. Earlier scenario numbers are preserved from the accompanying workbooks; this HTML update does not revise those workbooks. The page itself opens offline; linked documents require the research and articles folders to remain in place.
